Booking Confirmations

To confirm a charter booking requires of a deposit of US$ 10,000 or US$ 1,000 per person. Final balance is due 90 days before sailing.

The standard trip price is based on 10 people but e can take extra people.

Trips can be extended for extra days depending on other bookings.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. If the trip is canceled 90 days prior to departure time and a replacement booking is obtained, 50% of the Deposit is retrievable. 50% is retained for administrative procedures or the deposit may be used for a future booking on Crystal Clear.

Deposits

Deposits and/or final payment will be made by Bank transfer. All Bank transfer charges and Bank fees/commissions are to be on the client’s account. The total amount due Crystal Clear must be received by our Bank.

Travel Insurance

Guests are advised to purchase Travel Insurance. This will protect your significant investment in Airfares, charter fees and your holiday time in case one of you has an accident or family emergency at the last minute and cannot come on the charter. It will also provide Emergency Medical evacuation coverage in the event that one of you is injured while on charter. We recommend that guests purchase Travel Insurance before making final payment. Guest who do not purchase Travel Insurance do so at their own risk.

Delays

Crystal Clear is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of scheduled airline flights.

Liability

Crystal Clear and its principals shall not be responsible or liable for any death, injury, damage, loss, delay, cost, expense inconvenience or loss of enjoyment suffered by any person caused directly or indirect by or arising from :

  • A. Force Majeure or other events beyond our control, including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, weather, acts of God, acts of Government, strikes or industrial action.
  • Any problems arising out of the client being intoxicated or affected by drugs.
  • B. Any failure by the client to have valid Passport/Visa and Travel Insurance. * Passports must valid for a minimum 6 months from date on entry into Indonesia and must have at least one completely blank page.
  • C. Any problems arising out of the client being intoxicated or affected by drugs. * Absolutely no illegal drugs of any kind will be allowed onboard Crystal Clear.
